I have had the opportunity to work with Rocky Singh over several years at Avcorp. Rocky has shown himself to be an excellent and very experienced CNC programmer. Rocky was a focal for the introduction of Delcam CNC programming software. He successfully worked with Delcam support to implement several CNC post processors and was able to use the software for fixture design and detail programming on many 3 and 4-axis aerospace components.

- Full 3-4-5 axis off line/in house contract CNC Programming with full gauge/collision checking of tool, holder and spindle against CAD model, tombstone and fixture/vices.
- Full solid CAD modelling of CNC machines for Machine Simulation purposes. This will include moving axes, spindle with tool holder movements and tombstone rotations, enabling a visual on the computer of the actual movements of the CNC machine. This will provide you with nc programs that are verified and proven before they reach the shop floor.
